William Henry was born on July 17th, 1882 in Magsig Rd, Woodville Twp, Sandusky Co,OH.  William Henry's father was Gustave Fred. Wilhelm Magsig and his mother was Angeline Steinkamp.  His paternal grandparents were Friederick August Magsig and Dorothea Marie Sielaff; his maternal grandparents were Frederick Steinkamp and Maria Margaretha Kerbel. He had seven brothers named Frederick Charles, George John, Harmon Charles, Arthur John, Herbert Frank, Louis Edward and Benjamin Arnold.  He was the second oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 82 on April 19th, 1965 in St. Charles' Hosp, Oregon, Lucas Co, OH.  His burial was in Union Cem, Elmore, Ottawa Co, OH.
